Aroma Catering Terms of Use

Free CBD Delivery

Free delivery for CBD and St Kilda Road Precinct for catering orders over $50 per delivery, otherwise an $9.90 delivery fee may apply within our delivery zone CBD .

Weekend delivery fees are available on application for other areas Aroma Catering is happy to deliver outside the CBD delivery costs will apply.

Aroma delivers to your door between 6.30am and 8.30pm weekdays. 
Deliveries or pickups required outside these hours will be subject to an additional charge.

Delivery Windows
Please note that your stated delivery time is the latest time that Aroma Catering will deliver your order. Aroma Catering may deliver cold orders within 1.5 hours prior to the specified delivery time. Hot orders will arrive within 10 minutes of the specified time.

If access to the delivery address is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may not be able to wait and your order may have to be redelivered a second time which may result in a delivery fee. Please always ensure access to your building is available.

GST
The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges. 

Corporate Catering Order Alterations
We always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. For corporate orders any changes or cancellations must be lodged by 4.00pm the day prior to the order. Full staff charges may apply if staff are cancelled within 48 working hours of your function.

Pricing Fluctuations
Due to seasonal or supplier shortages Aroma reserves the right to alter or adapt menus or services.

Same Day Orders
Our team is available to assist you and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. Certain menu items do require a minimum of 24 hours notice. A $10.00 fee applies to same day orders.

Confirmation
Please note that a faxed or emailed order is not confirmed until a member of our Customer Service team contacts you to confirm the order via phone.

Lost or Broken Equipment
Any lost or broken equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
